Welcome to YT. I think it is easier to bring in a puppy or young dog with an established cat than it is to bring in a kitten with an established dog. Give the cats their space so they can get away from unrelenting puppy play and allow them to socialize as they are willing and ready and I think you will be fine. Just be careful at first becase a cat that has not been around dogs/puppies may strike out at first and you must be very careful about cat claws and puppy eyes.
