Good luck on what you decide to do. |
No, I hadn't even thought about that actually. My primary physician (an internist) has been recommending a sleep study for a while because I have a high red blood cell count as well as several other ongoing health issues that could be caused by sleep apnea. I insisted I did not have it, but once I started researching sleep apnea, I realized that many of the symptoms fit me to a tee.
I've been diagnosed with very sleep apnea. It's considered severe when you stop breathing more than 30 times per hour. I stop breathing more than 75 times per hour. The sleep study also determined I have moderate restless leg syndrome. So, lucky me - I get to have both problems.

I had no idea I had RLS but those symptoms fit me also.
