I'm not sure how I feel about it. That's like having a tip jar at a drive-thru window at a McDonalds. I used to work at a small fitness studio where not only did I clean the equipment, but I also prepared smoothies for every customer (by myself) and also took care of gym membership payments etc. People would walk in they would nod at me and I had their order memorized and ready for them by the time the class was over. And even with that level of customer service that I provided, I was embarrassed to have a tip jar at the counter. |
