Believe it or not, it really isn't that uncommon around here. Quite a few of the girls in her school spend a pretty penny on extensions as well as the fake nails, spray tans and all that jazz. There is kind of a southern version of the jersy-look going on right now.
It never fails though, all of her friends with wavy/curly hair want theirs to be stick straight. She wants some wave to hers and it just won't hold.
The grass is greener syndrome strikes again.
