I wonder if it was a gel mask I wore during the sleep study? I bet it was, the part that rests against the skin was very soft and flexible. I should just call the sleep clinic and ask them what kind of mask it was.
As for how loud the machines are - I couldn't say. The air conditioner was pretty loud and it ran
all night. It was so cold in that room my feet froze most of the night.
