I blew it off until I just read an article in our paper about people who go around in the nighttime hours throwing garbage bags in their vehicle. They take them home to root through the contents looking for anything they may/can use to commit identity theft!

All he had to do was back into my driveway and I would have loaded up his trunk......I hope he got the bag with all the cat poop in it!

Yep Identity theft is exactly what they are trying to do. It happened to my sister 7 years ago. It was because of the trash. She now knows you shred everything. It took her a good 2 yrs to get everything straightened out.
I hope they did get the bag wih the cat poop. LOL
