We only have a boy and he truly is the most cuddly affectionate little furbaby you ever met. However, I think that has a lot to do with the breeder and how he was handled from a very young time. Every pup will have an individual personality. I'm already thinking about getting a female, possibly next summer, once we've moved into a house. I love Oz, but like other people lament, you can't find many clothes for the boys, and I really want to go SHOPPING!! Besides, Oz makes every day a joy, so if we have two we double the fun, laughs, kisses, and cuddles.
I don't think you should "trade in" your baby because of what you read or hear. If you handle the pup right and train it properly you'll have a long time very loving, sweet companion, regardless of whether it's a boy or girl.
