It's worth a try as it's not to expensive. Inside do you use a belly band? I did till Reggie stopped marking (he was a shelter dog). Try to take him to the same spot after he marks outside. Another thing that worked for me was I took him on lots of walks. Lots & lots of walks. Good luck
