He may be so scared of her that he doesn't know what to do. Has she tried to spend time with him and train him, is your other Yorkie trained and treated different? I feel so sorry for this poor baby, he just wanted to be loved and doesn't understand why he is being abused. There is a law against this in the state where I live. I hope you can get him some help for your mom. Is there not another adult that can prevent this, hopefully she doesn't treat you like this. You are in my prayers.
