Was sitting there watching TV and BOOM, loudest noise I've ever heard in my LIFE. Then we smelled smoke. Holy crap. My mom is NOT the type of person to deal with things like this so she started screaming, we ran out of the house into our car, called my step-dad, he was on his way in the pouring rain. My 3 1/2 year old sister was scared to DEATH. Oh and our basement flooded. Lovely day

I'm so sorry. I swear when it rains it pours (no pun). I hope things turn around for you soon, and I have a feeling they will.
