His breeder does the cut and I really don't know how she does the legs. He has silky hair, and his leg hair looks fuller in that picture because he slept all the way home from the breeders and the hair got a little scrunched up in the car seat. Here's another picture where they don't look quite so full. I've been wondering if I should scrunch it when I blow it dry to make it look fuller because I love the look. Of course, cotton coated yorkies will have a much fuller leg look.
