I'd be ready to take him to the vet if ANYthing looked funny. Watch gums, sleeping habits, pooping/peeing, eating, mood, drinking - if seems out of the ordinary, just go and ask your questions there at the vet. Better to waste the money of visit than put your baby in any jeopardy.
