Default Behavioral Issues, anxeity??

Hey guys,
I have a male yorkie and hes about 8 months old now. When we got him at 10 weeks old he had really bad separation anxeity issues. We eventually got over that, but we are still having a few issues with him. Hes very hyper and I know hes still a puppy. He seems to be overly anxious and nervous and I am not sure how to handle this. The vet recommended that we try training classes earlier and we did take him to a training class when he was 5 months old. Really did not get much out of that except for him socializing with other dogs. Things that I am noticing are...he walks in circles over and over when hes anxious, feeding time, potty time and walking on a leash (very difficult). Hes extremely terrified of strangers. Had company yesterday with 7 people at my house and he pooped and peed on the floor and peed on my grandmother. He also piddles when hes excited or scared. Last month we took a short vacation (only 3 days) and when we returned he acted like he was scared to death of us, like he didnt know us?? I could deal with the anxious piddles, but I dont know what to do to help him with the other issues. Have any of you guys dealt with this in a dog before?? How did you approach the issue?? My other 2 yorkies have never acted like this. I have been thinking about taking him back to the vet or maybe he needs one on one training from a trainer?? I dont think the breeder socialized him very well as he has always been like this from day one.. Any suggestions....

Thanks so much!!
