Default Adopting a Sick Puppy (Parvo)

I have been patiently waiting for the arrival of my precious puppy for over a month as he got older. His name will likely be Kiwi I think. (he is now 9 weeks)

Unfortunately I just found out today from the adoption coordinator that him and his litter mates have Parvo . She said its likely from the mother since they were born in a rescue home without any other dogs. The mother was rescued from a backyard breeder. The vet explained that it is likely that since they were recently weened off their mother that they lost her immunity and since she may have exposed them to it they contracted it.

My particular puppy happens to be suffering the least from the symptoms and his poop is still solid. She said he's still very playful and he will likely pull through this.

I am so sad that he and his mother and litter mates have to go through this. Hopefully after the first 48hrs they will be ok and get past this.

Has anyone experience a pup with parvo and have any tips on life after? I know they said if he gets through it i could treat him like any other normal pup.

Let me know!

Also if you have any recommendation on names. Kiwi might be a little feminine for a boy dog with what I've been told is a very bold and playful personality.
