Let me say that I tell my new families to not expect miracles until approximately 6 months of age. Yorkies are at times difficult to train. But, pups are going through so many changes, they are growing, teething, they have the attention span of a gnat....

Keep her in the x-pen with a pee pad in a corner......if she is going on the pee pad, great you've established her potty area.....
