Way to go for all of trying to stop smoking .I got a bad awful lung disease and never smoked they say its some sort of allergy related diease and i have fibrosis which is not reversable last year i spent most of the year on oxygen 24 /7 and i can tell you now you dont want this so stopping smoking is a good thing a great thing even its the gift of life you may be giving yourself and those you love .Lung disease kills more than breast cancer .I saw my father die from lung cancer it isnt pretty so i am so glad for you with the decission to stop ..it takes courage to live ..
