After watching the video, it looks like the off duty manger, Tiffany Denise Allen, who was holding her small daughter, may have been trying to protect her daughter from the big dog. Unfortunately a lot of people claim their dogs are service dogs. Then it looks like Tiffany thought Jennifer Schwenker purposely threw the drink on her, and Tiffany was holding her daughter at the time. I guess Schwenker accidently dropped her drink, but we can't see that, nevertheless, it splashed on Allen and her daughter. Allen then took off for Schwenker and apparently socked her.
