PLEASE PLEASE make sure this is a legit person. There are a lot of wackos out there. If I were you, and this goes for 'any' home you find to foster your dogs, that you contact a local rescue in that persons area, explain your situation and ask if they will conduct a home visit for you. You can offer to make a donation for their time and efforts. But this will at least ensure that you are not sending your dogs off to some wackos house. Of course if you find someone local to you, you should be conducting the home visit as well. You should also have some sort of contract. Again, wacko people. Not to scare you, but you really really need to be 100% sure about where you are placing your dogs. You don't want them to be neglected or abused, or "sold" or dumped on the streets or in a kill shelter....sorry...but this is reality...
