Aww. I'm sorry that your little puppy came to you with a problem; but I'm glad you are getting it taken care of and giving him a good home.
The breeder sounds like there were a lot of red flags there and people should perhaps think twice before formally recommending such a breeder.
But, you have him, and you love him and no one can change that now.
