I know I have tried that approach. I am very reasonable with what I charge and the vet care my dogs get. I do not charge thousands for my liver and chocolate shih-tzu's like some do. People also don't understand the time, costs in vet care, etc. either. The Shihtzu's and Yorkies are my babies and part of my family. I make sure they all stay healthy.
