That is him over in Meridian Hill park, which is diagonal from my place....after our trip to PetSmart. July 23rd, last year was going to be the first hottest day in DC. My Building was working on the a/c unit so after going to get him, I took him to PetSmart where the a/c was blasting. Bought him that xxs harness, which was falling off of him, and a TON of other stuff. I carried him around, ALL DAY... after we got home, he was standing behind me and I heard a teeny peep/whine. I looked down and it was him.... He was wanting me to pick him up and carry him around my place!
He was soooo spoiled from the very beginning.
