After more research, it seems the huge hike was only CA customers due to some insurance board not allowing Trupanion to raise their rates since 2008 or something... going to keep reading.
Edit: Nevermind... found one in MA too. ::sigh:: Now I have to get back to researching ASAP. Rylie turns 1 year in less than a month
Gonna have to find out what a plan will cost me once she turns because her policy runs out well after her birthday. Hopefully, they just won't screw me over, ha ha. :P
