I would never take a dog with a possible neck injury to a chiropractor! No way......I would go back to the vet and ask for an Xray. There have been puppies that have been paralyzed by a fell less than what happened to your little guy. I'm hoping that he is perfectly fine and that he is just a Drama King as the vet suspects.
