Not sure it will help u much but...

This week it has been in the 90-100's here in Maryland.
Mickey has also been using his pee pads much more and smaller pees. Like you said 5-6.
He is drinking more water too.
I take them out for much shorter times. Out in the front yard and then back inside.
Max is fine with that and does all his business in a short time.
Mickey has always taken longer so he is using his pee pads much more with the heat (Max is not pad trained).

Make sure the urine color is not dark.
Mickey's are really light like water so it tells me he is drinking enough water for the heat increase.
* If they were dark small pee spots I might think it is an infection.

Just make sure ur pup is getting plenty of fresh water. Mickey likes ice cubes to play with too.
