 Dropped Hercules on his back!!!!!!
First post, Terribly sorry to ask so much from the forum before i contribute but heres the deal
We have a 3 month old, Hes my fiances and I first dog together and we are absolutely in love with him
Today he started doing this crazy wiggle while my fiance was hold him and she dropped him on his back from about 4 ft in the air, he yelped for a few seconds and i picked him up and cuddled him, he was shook up but able to walk and run and i just thought maybe we lucked out this time.
Now its about 5 hours later and hes not wanting to walk much though he is walking around. He Is sleeping but it is sleep time. When i pick him up and move him around occasionally he yelps. It seems its associated with his neck area. I Felt all of his back vertebrae and he doesnt yelp and i felt his whole head and he doesnt yelp, theres no limping or anyhting. But when i tough around the neck where his shoulder attaches he yelps.
Do i need to take him to the vet er right now or can i wait 7 more hours and take him to his vet in the am?
I dont see any swelling and im not sure what to do. His eyes are glossy or dialated looking either. |
