Wow, that's young...she is just a baby. By not staying with her mama until 12 wks she misses all that she would have been taught by her mom and litter mates. So now, that task will be yours and I'm sure it won't be an easy one.
Hopefully, others can help guide you on what to do to teach one so young. Maybe get busy reading on proper techniques on training bite inhibition etc and puppy class when fully vaccinated may be a good idea too.
Positive reinforcement, patience, be consistent and lots of praise will be needed.
