I don't pack the Kong full for Ozzy. I use the bottom half of a spoon and spread PB around the part he can get to, then take two of the kong treats and put them in so they're sticking out at the bottom. He loves this. He gets a crunchy treat right away then has to take his time to get all the PB. He doesn't chew the actual Kong at all, but we have lots of other chewy things for him. For Ozzy, the Kong is his special "crate treat" only. I've tried putting everything else in his crate and the Kong is the only thing he'll touch when he's in there.
