Sounds like I switched from Trupanion just in time.
I was with Embrace until last year, when I decided to switch to Trupanion because their coverage sounded better for my needs. But then in May/June/July I had a terrible experience with Trupanion's customer service and
poor communication so I switched back to Embrace. My claim was finally paid by Trupanion, but it was a nightmare trying to contact them by phone or email to get answers or an even just an update on the status of the claim. I'm much happier back with Embrace (who has recently upgraded their coverage and is now the best for my needs
).
