Can anyone advise me on whats the best thing to do about the growing hair around the nose and eyes. My yorkie is 12 weeks old and i can just about manage to make a small ponytail on the the top of his head

he problem that i have is the hair around his nose area near the eyes it seems to be always sticking into his eyes. At the moment is too short to gather ontop of his head and i keeping sticking it down the side of his nose with my finger, but it keeps popping back up into his eyes.
The other part just level with the eyes and above is the same. For a few minutes it stays up then back into his eyes. Is there anything you suggest apart from cutting it (which i dont want to do) to keep it from going into his eyes. He looks like he cant see, as i cant see his eyes.
I dont think it bothers him as much as its bothers me
