I am not going to advise you to stop that is you human right to do whatever you wish to do but i will tell you that i have copd in a big way and if has a terrible effect on my life.
It has also caused a heart condition for which i now have to face major surgery in the next few weeks.
I am told that i have an 85% chance of coming out of it alive but without it i will die within the year.

This is all down to smoking.

I wish i knew then what i know now but the fact is it does not effect everybody like it has effected me.

Keep smiling as i do and live life to the full this is not a rehearsal we only get the one chance.
