I started when I was 10 years old and I am now 70.
I am not going to advise you to stop that is you human right to do whatever you wish to do but I will tell you that I have COPD in a big way and if has a terrible effect on my life.
It has also caused a heart condition for which I now have to face major surgery in the next few weeks.
I am told that I have an 85% chance of coming out of it alive but without it I will die within the year.
This is all down to smoking.
I wish I knew then what I know now but the fact is it does not effect everybody like it has effected me.
Keep smiling as I do and live life to the full this is not a rehearsal we only get the one chance.
OK now lets get back to winning...lol
