Lol, I don't think oatmeal goes bad unless you have bugs in it. You guys are a lot younger than I am, but in the last few years I've been trying so hard to find something that evens out my energy and moods, and eating plays such an important part on how you feel each day. I don't think people notice it that much when they are young, although, I always knew I couldn't eat "sweets" for breakfast, without have a big crash, in mood and energy level. I believe Oprah’s said it before, it’s kind of rethinking your relationship with food, and looking at it as “fuel” not fun. I still think we can have fun with food, but probably not as much fun as when we were younger.
