I agree with Cathy.. both.
I know I have not had an interview in sooooo many years!!
But I have helped my daughters and younger friends.. email is used and is an important tool. My girls even have used text messaging to communicate with recruiters.
They have good jobs now so IDK... I guess they did something right!
