Welcome to YorkieTalk!!! I use washable pee pads...Yorkies are not known for being easy to house train. My girls with do their thing outside but, Hubby and I work so the pads make things easier....not to say that they use them all the time...THEY DON'T! Haven't ever used the grass mats...maybe another YT'er has and can give you some input!
