It is becomming obvious that the "shelter" probably isn't really a registered shelter and that the person running it is just really wanting $$. How very sad for the owner and especially the little furbaby.
I will continue to pray that thing end as they should.
That was our thought. I was talking to another YT member on the phone last night and we talked about this exact thing! Maybe the neighbor that took her in is a friend or something and gets a cut, who knows???
