I started with a vet with Maddie who required all spay/neuters to be kept the night before the surgery and gave no pain meds She felt it was best that dogs experience pain to control their activity. That total baffled me and we soon found another vet.

I am glad you are with a vet who takes the neccessary precautions. I will pray for your little girls safe surgery. Please, let us know when she is home with momma.
