Well, that's never happened again. Since then, I received a doctor's note designating Tatiana to be my emotional support/service animal. She can accompany me to all places. I always have her in a purse-pet-carrier. Incidentally, Tatiana is tiny. She's about 3-lbs, and her carrier is size extra small. She's always been quiet, well-behaved, and in my complete control.
I also have that on 2 of my dogs. I don't carry them though. They have a service dog vest with patches and I have these buisness cards to hand out . Even with all these things I choose to keep them home .I have one dog for me and the other is for my son.. i just find it a chalenge to go anywhere with a dog to have to care for at the same time.
In regards in taking your dog everywhere with you I think it is ok as long as the store is pet friendly. If it is not then I rather not go there with my dog and avoid any hassels.
