They come in a can with a plastic cover for after you've opened it. They are little drops that look like white chocolate chips. They also have vitamins in them. I usually buy the vanilla ones, and they smell so good that I've often thought of trying them myself!!
Mine all LOVE them and Cheerios, too. They aren't real big on veggies, though...
