What you could do is restrict the areas of your house your yorkie can go in. Try to keep her in an area with floors of a hard surface such as lino or tile. Shut all bedroom doors as they like to go back there and potty. Try keeping your yorkie on a leash with you when you can and watch to see when she tries to go, rush her outside. It may take a few days but it should help your carpets. Best of luck!
