I agree with you, my OBGYN is a female and says she takes the same thing she perscribed me, and I do trust her opinion over my fam. doctor, but I was surprised at his obvious reaction. I want to ask my dr. if it is true that you can take it off and on as symptoms come and go though, and if that would even be recommended because that form of treatment may be for me. I am not one to take medications long term so this is all new to me. Since I will just be 45, I don't want to be on HRT for 10 years.
