SO's mother bought Bark Off for us.
It didn't stop Roxie from barking at all. What does work (for us) is a little water bottle. If she's getting really crazy she gets a little spritz in the face. She hates it, but it works. Most times all I have to do is pick up the bottle and she cuts the crap.
