We did read. What some of us are saying is that unless you have express permission to take your dog in somewhere then it's a better idea to not even attempt to take them in at all. Not everyone loves dogs and some people are extremely allergic to them. All it takes is a second to ask and then there aren't any hurt feelings. If more people did it that way, I believe more stores would be open to letting people with dogs in.

I've never been asked to leave a store with the dogs, but then again I ask at the front. If they say no then I leave and go someplace else or I come back when I don't have the dog with me.

I realize that emotions run high in regards to this subject, but really, where should the line be drawn? No animals, all animals, furry ones, slimy ones, feathered ones? I know I sure as heck would freak out if I were to see someone with a snake next to me at the fabric store, LOL.
