If she's not showing any signs of pain or immobility, I personally wouldn't rush her in to the vet. My 4-pound girl has Grade 1.5 LP, and the vet told me not to worry about it until it gets worse. She's 2 now and all's well. I have her on Glucosamine, but I don't even limit her activity much.
