I've heard pretty good things about this company, I'm not sure if they have a sample program. Nuance - Dragon - Dragon NaturallySpeaking, but they have programs for both the PC and Mac. I use to have a voice activation word processor and it worked pretty good. You need a microphone to set it up, and read a paragraph a couple of times, and then it can recognize your words.
