Sorry you haven't gotten any replies. Might try your local craft store and see if they have some fabric stiffener and tell them what you want to do. They should have the clips too. I'd just look at the way its made and try to copy it. Guess I've gotten lazy -- I tend to buy them anymore instead of make them. It kind of time consuming. Plus, unless you can purchase just a certain length like at a fabric store, it seems more expensive to buy the whole spool that I probably won't use again for one bow.
