I'm with you -- the more poof on the tutu the better! I like them short & sassy, and bright colors. That pic was later at home & it had gotten smashed down. At the hospital when i pulled out the tutu to put it on her before our visits, an older gentleman I was with groaned when he saw it. Lol
Heidi always puts a smile on people's face, but that tutu sent it over the top!
