I have taught mine the quiet command- I don't really mind them barking at strangers, especially strangers who come into the apartment- as long as they stop as soon as I tell them to. Armani is very good- he will stop immediately on command, Chloe still needs some work, if she is really worked up about someone new coming inside she sometimes needs to be removed from the situation before she stops, although she is usually much better outside.
