All last night I heard Kaji "snore" and "snort." I thought nothing of it since he is a noisy sleeper. He won't bark when awake, but he sure does sleep bark!
Anyway, in the morning he was awake, but the snorting continued. The snorting wasn't constant, but I worry. I called the vet, and they said it sounds like my little man might have a cold. We have an appointment for 7 tonight. I later found out my little man skipped dinner, and he didn't have his breakfast until late. He usually has breakfast at 7 am, and dinner at 7 pm. He didn't eat dinner and didn't have breakfast until 10:30. Wish I knew that before I called the vet!
So now Kaji and I sit in class. I brought him with me because school and the vet are more than 40 miles apart. Home is out of the way, and we would never make it to the appointment on time. I can feel his breathing becoming slightly labored. I'm so sad! I can't do anything for him, and out appointment is still 4 hours away.
I can't even focus on what's going on in class.
