 Thanks for all the kind words about Riley!
Riley goes in for his 12 week checkup Saturday. By my at-home guess (by weighing myself holding and then not holding him), he is about 4 pounds. His fur is very thick. He goes on the 15th for his first grooming appointment. I will have to post before and after pictures! The groomer seemed to think he should have already been in by now- as much for learning the process as for any physical need. I do still think he is extremely sweet and smart- paper trained, about four commands he will follow, several toys known and retrieved by name, etc. I cannot take credit for any of it- in fact, am looking for a good book or video on training so we can work on his tough one- STAY! Thanks for all the compliments- I do believe there is no such thing as a not-cute Yorkie! |
