I am planning a 2 week trip to Florida. We have never been to Florida! It will be me, DH, DD (12), and DS (7). We are planning to go in May. While we are down there, DH and I will be celebrating our birthday's. Where's the best place in Florida for a family (mostly beach) vacation? Any suggestions/ideas would be great!!

It is a dream of mine to see some dolphins in the wild! I have been to beaches many of times, and taken many boat rides that promise to see dolphins...and have NEVER seen one yet!
